Role separation
InkDeks separates access into customer, client admin, design department, and owner control areas. Each role should only access the information needed for its workflow.
Upload protection
Artwork files, proof files, mockups, and payment proofs should be validated by file type and size. Buyers should avoid uploading executable files or sensitive documents that are not required for order processing.
Operational protection
- Use strong passwords.
- Limit admin accounts to trusted staff.
- Remove unused staff access.
- Back up database and uploaded files regularly.
- Use SSL/HTTPS for all pages.
Limitation
No online system is 100% risk-free. InkDeks provides reasonable technical structure, but business owners must also follow secure operating practices.
