1. No-refund policy
Because InkDeks includes digital software access, setup work, configuration, deployment assistance, business consultation, and technical service, purchases are generally non-refundable once work has started or files/access have been delivered.
2. Exception: our confirmed mistake
A refund may be considered only if there is a major issue caused by InkDeks, the issue prevents delivery of the purchased service, and we cannot reasonably fix it within a fair correction period.
3. Not eligible for refund
- Buyer changes their mind after purchase.
- Buyer does not provide required hosting/domain/payment/account access.
- Buyer cannot get approval from a third-party provider such as PayPal, Stripe, DOKU, EasyPost, or hosting provider.
- Buyer requests features that were not included in the original scope.
- Buyer delays content, product information, mockups, logo, or legal details.
- Buyer has already received setup, code, login access, deployment assistance, or customization work.
4. Setup support period
InkDeks setup assistance is provided for up to 14 calendar days after purchase and after complete required information is provided. The setup period is for helping the buyer until the system is ready/live according to the agreed scope.
5. Fix-first approach
If an issue happens, InkDeks will first attempt to investigate and fix the issue. Refund review is only considered after reasonable fixing attempts fail and the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
