Setup support
After purchase and after all required information is provided, InkDeks setup support may take up to 14 calendar days until the system is ready/live based on the agreed scope.
What buyer should prepare
- Domain and hosting access.
- Logo and brand color.
- Business email, sales email, and support email.
- Product list, size list, base price, service price, and minimum order.
- Product mockups and color variations.
- Payment provider account.
- Shipping policy and operational rules.
Maintenance
Maintenance may include bug fixes, small checks, and support based on the purchase agreement. New features and major redesigns may be handled as additional customization service.
