This License Agreement explains how customers may use files, artwork, designs, mockups, templates, or digital products delivered by InkDeks.
Custom Service Files
For custom services such as vector tracing, color separation, DTF/DTG print-ready artwork, or website design, customers may use the final delivered files for their intended business or production purpose after full payment has been received.
Customer-Owned Materials
Customers remain responsible for the legality and ownership of any materials submitted to InkDeks.
By submitting files, the customer confirms that they own or have legal permission to use the artwork, image, logo, brand asset, or reference material.
InkDeks does not claim ownership of customer-provided materials.
InkDeks-Created Work
InkDeks grants the customer a usage license for final approved and paid deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this license allows the customer to use the final files for:
- Printing and production.
- Digital display.
- Business use.
- Marketing use.
- Customer-approved commercial use.
Restrictions
Customers may not:
- Resell InkDeks source files, templates, mockups, systems, or internal assets as standalone products unless specifically licensed.
- Claim InkDeks internal templates, workflows, or systems as their own.
- Use delivered files for illegal, infringing, misleading, or prohibited purposes.
- Redistribute digital products beyond the permitted license terms.
- Share downloadable digital products publicly or upload them to unauthorized marketplaces.
Digital Products and Templates
If InkDeks sells digital products, mockup bundles, templates, or downloadable files, the license will apply based on the product description.
Unless stated otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal or business use by the buyer only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or repackaged.
Website and Development Projects
For website development services, customers receive usage rights to the final website files or system according to the agreed package.
InkDeks may retain rights to reusable code structures, admin templates, UI components, internal tools, and general development methods that are not exclusive to one customer.
Full Ownership Transfer
Full ownership transfer, exclusive rights, or white-label resale rights must be agreed separately in writing and may require an additional fee.
