1. Service overview
InkDeks is a web-to-print management system for custom apparel and print shop businesses. It can include a customer website, product builder, admin dashboard, design department workflow, invoices, payment settings, production board, tracking, and related setup support.
2. Setup timeline
After purchase and after all required access, content, assets, and business information are provided by the buyer, InkDeks setup may take up to 14 calendar days to complete and assist until the system is live. Delays caused by missing domain access, hosting access, payment gateway approval, logo/mockup files, product information, or third-party review are not counted as InkDeks delay.
3. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, logo, contact details, products, service pricing, and legal content.
- Provide hosting/domain/payment gateway access when needed.
- Review the demo, setup, checkout, order flow, and proof flow before going live.
- Ensure their products, customer artwork, and business operation comply with applicable law.
4. Third-party services
InkDeks may integrate with or reference third-party providers such as PayPal, DOKU, Stripe, Bunny CDN, EasyPost, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, hosting providers, or email services. Approval, fees, uptime, rules, and restrictions from those providers are outside InkDeks control.
5. Customization
Basic setup may include logo, color, products, service pricing, mockups, and payment configuration. Advanced layout, custom header/footer, unique pages, custom checkout copy, API integrations, and special workflow changes may be treated as additional customization service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use InkDeks to upload illegal content, harmful files, malware, stolen artwork, infringing assets, or content that violates third-party rights.
7. Limitation
InkDeks is provided as a business software system. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, advertising performance, search ranking, or payment gateway approval.
