1. License scope
After purchase, the buyer receives the right to use the InkDeks system for their own business website or print shop operation according to the purchased package.
2. Restrictions
- You may not resell InkDeks as your own software product without written permission.
- You may not distribute source code, database structure, or internal workflow as a competing product.
- You may not remove required attribution or legal notices if they are part of the purchased license.
- You may not use the system for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
3. Custom work
Custom UI, custom features, integration, migration, unique pages, and advanced automation may be billed separately unless included in the written package.
4. Maintenance
Maintenance terms depend on the purchase agreement. Maintenance may include bug fixes, minor updates, consultation, or technical help, but does not automatically include unlimited new features.
5. Third-party assets
Mockups, logos, fonts, icons, payment providers, shipping providers, and customer artwork may be subject to separate licenses from their owners. The buyer is responsible for using legally permitted assets.
6. Termination
InkDeks may refuse support or terminate access if the system is used for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, unpaid invoices, or violation of this agreement.
