InkDeks may collect information you submit when contacting us, purchasing a setup service, creating a demo account, or using the system. This can include name, company name, email address, phone number, billing details, shipping address, order information, artwork files, proof files, support messages, and technical logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the InkDeks system, prepare setup and deployment, respond to sales or support inquiries, process payments, deliver maintenance, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and keep order history available for the customer, admin, and design workflow.
3. Uploaded files and artwork
Artwork, mockups, proofs, and order files are used only for system functionality, production review, proof approval, support, and troubleshooting. Business clients remain responsible for ensuring that artwork uploaded by their customers is legally usable and does not violate third-party rights.
4. Payment data
InkDeks does not intentionally store full card numbers. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal, DOKU, Stripe, or other payment partners depending on the transaction type. Those providers may process data under their own privacy policies.
5. International access
InkDeks may be accessed by users in different countries. By using the service, you understand that technical processing, hosting, file storage, and support may involve systems located outside your country.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only when needed for hosting, storage, payment processing, support, legal compliance, security, or system operation.
7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards such as role-based access, login sessions, upload validation, and administrative separation between customer, admin, design, and owner areas. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
